By completing the registration form user consents to have their personal data contained therein processed for the purposes of direct marketing of own commodities and services of KAN Sp. z o.o. and to sending by KAN Sp. z o.o. to the provided e-mail address commercial information regarding products and services of KAN Sp. z o.o. This consent shall refer to receipt of the afore specified information sent via e-mail to the e-mail address of a user using e-mail service, including also in the form of an attachment to the e-mail. User shall have the right to access the contents of their data and to amend them. Provision of the data is voluntary, however it is indispensable for accomplishment of the afore mentioned goals. User may at any time withdraw their consent to personal data processing and commercial information submission by way of, for example, clicking on the link provided at the end of trade information. Withdrawing this consent shall be equivalent to requesting removal of the account for the user of KAN Quick Floor system along with all of the contents thereof. Personal data contained in the registration form are processed by KAN Sp. z o.o., having its registered office in Kleosin (16-001), ul. Zdrojowa 51, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of National Court Register under KRS number 0000187613, taxpayer's identification number (NIP) 9661319453, business statistical number (REGON) 05063749, as personal data controller whereby processing may be entrusted to a different entity based on fulfilment of the requirements of August 29th, 1997 (unified text in Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182 as amended).
